Any photos taken at Friendship Circle are also confidential as some parents do not allow photos of their children to be used in a public forum.

These guidelines help to protect you and the participants when online and on social media including phones.

  • You may only use a photo of a Friendship Circle Participant if this photo has already been posted by FC staff onto social media.
  • You may only take photos of participants at FC if you are specifically asked to do so or if it is of a participant engaging in the activity.
  • All of these photos must be sent to a member of FC staff and deleted from your phone.
  • If you befriend participants on social media, FC is unable to protect you from any inappropriate or unwanted messages or attention.
  • This applies also to giving out your phone number.
